PLEASE READ THESE TRADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE ATLAS TYRES WEBSITE OR TRADING WITH US. BY USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR TRADE WITH US.
The terms “Customer”, “User”, “You”, or “Your” apply to any individual or party trading with Atlas Tyres and/or using the Atlas Tyres website in any capacity.
1. Agreement to Terms
By transacting on the Atlas Tyres website, you agree that your actions are subject to all provisions, waivers, and indemnities set out in this document and all other related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Returns Policy. You fully understand and accept that you are bound by these terms.

4. Orders & Products
4.1. Order Acceptance:
Atlas Tyres, in its sole discretion, may accept, reject, or amend an order based on product availability, accuracy of information (including pricing), receipt of payment, or any breach of these terms. We do not guarantee the availability of stock.
4.2. Order Confirmation:
An order that has been submitted cannot be edited or canceled. Your submission of an order is considered an unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4.3. Pricing:
Prices on the website are subject to change without notice.
All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), but exclusive of freight, transport, and insurance costs unless stated otherwise in writing.
Only one promotion or discount may be redeemed per qualifying sale unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.4. Limited Warranty:
All products supplied by Atlas Tyres are subject to a manufacturer’s warranty. We do not provide any additional warranties, express or implied. Our liability for defective materials or workmanship is limited to replacement in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty and our Returns Policy.
5. Payment & Security
5.1. Accepted Payment:
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
5.2. Card Security:
Card transactions are processed via Payfast by Network, an approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Payfast uses Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) encryption, and no card details are stored on our website. You can view their security policy here.
5.3. Customer Details:
Your personal details are stored separately from your card details. We take responsibility for all aspects of the transaction, including the sale of goods, customer service, dispute resolution, and delivery.
5.4. Currency:
All transactions are conducted in South African Rand (ZAR), and the merchant outlet country is South Africa.
6. Delivery of Orders
6.1. Delivery Address:
You are responsible for providing an accurate and correct delivery address. You take full responsibility for adding or editing delivery addresses in your account profile. Atlas Tyres reserves the right to refuse delivery to any address that is not feasible or falls outside our delivery network.
6.2. Risk & Ownership:
The risk of loss or damage to the items passes to you upon delivery. However, ownership of the items remains with Atlas Tyres until we have received full payment.
6.3. Delivery Timelines:
Delivery dates provided are estimates and are stated in good faith. They are not a condition of the order and are not binding. Atlas Tyres will not be held liable for any delays.
You must accept delivery when tendered. Delays will not entitle you to cancel the order, withhold payment, or reduce the price.
6.4. Delivery Acceptance:
The signature of any employee, relative, or representative at the delivery address on a delivery note or waybill constitutes sufficient proof of delivery.
6.5. Failure to Accept Delivery:
If you fail or refuse to take a timely delivery, you will be liable for all related costs, including storage fees determined by Atlas Tyres.
7. Returns Policy
- Our full Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions. Please refer to our separate Returns Policy page for detailed guidelines and conditions regarding returns of defective items.
- No refunds are available; accepted returns are for online store credit or a replacement item only.
8. Default by the Customer
In the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, Atlas Tyres may, without prejudice to any other rights:
- Demand immediate payment of all outstanding monies.
- Suspend or terminate any trade terms.
- Cancel any orders and retake possession of the items.
- Reverse all discounts and institute legal steps to recover any and all amounts due, including legal costs.
9. General Provisions
9.1. Entire Agreement:
These Terms and Conditions, along with our other policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Atlas Tyres.
9.2. Electronic Communications:
By using the website or sending emails to Atlas Tyres, you consent to receive electronic communications from us.
9.3. Governing Law:
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa.
